Terms of service

These terms describe how the customer portal and hosting plans work. Contact support before paying if you need clarification about a plan.

Accounts and websites

Use an email address you control and provide a valid Pakistani WhatsApp number. You are responsible for your website content, domain registration and keeping your Google and hosting panel access secure. One Free website is allowed per customer account, and a domain can belong to only one account.

Plans and payment

Plans show their current prices and resource limits in PKR. Paid wallet credits are added only after a payment reference is checked and approved by an administrator. The Free plan has 124 MB storage, 2 GB bandwidth and no email accounts. Paid plans have the limits shown on the plans page.

Service and support

Point your domain A records to the server IP shown in your dashboard. DNS changes are controlled by your domain provider and may take time. Contact WhatsApp support for account, payment and setup questions. We may restrict abusive activity that harms the server or other customers.
